  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
  • A 3% surcharge is payable for credit/debit card payments.
  • Cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card covering the full value of the booking.
  • Full payment is required on arrival.
  • A 5 working days cancellation notice is required.
  • Late cancellations and premature departures will be charged in full.
  • You may check in from 14:00 hours.
  • Rooms to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
